Children shot by stray bullets near playground during gang drive-by shooting
Footage shows the moment two children were shot outside a playground after being caught in the crossfire of a gang drive-by shooting.
A girl, 11, and a boy, 15, were at a playground in Bushbury, Wolverhampton when they were hit by stray bullets fired from a stolen Ford Focus towards a stolen Mini Cooper in a violent feud between gangs.
The children were taken to hospital for treatment following the shooting on 1 May and have both made a full recovery.
Kian Durnin, 22, had been driving the car, with Tireq McIntosh, 23, in the front passenger seat.
Both men had fired guns, while Martinho De Sousa, 24, was a back-seat passenger.
All three have now been found guilty of attempted murder and aggravated vehicle taking.
McIntosh, of Valley Road, De Sousa, of Deansfield Road, and Durnin, of Milton Road, will be sentenced on 20 December.
