Dermot O’Leary suffers injury live on This Morning after taking part in celebrity wellness ritual
Dermot O'Leary suffered a bump to the head live on This Morning as he recreated a celebrity wellness ritual.
The host was joined by co-presenter Olivia Attwood during Friday’s show (25 July) to experience part of Katy Perry's pre-show routine - dunking their faces in ice baths.
Using an at-home version of Perry's tub, O'Leary and Attwood plunged their faces into the freezing water for 10 seconds.
As he moved towards the ice bath, O'Leary knocked his head on the glass bowl.
"How could we not have found bigger bowls than that?" he exclaimed as he came up for air.
