Watch live as Sir Keir Starmer sets out the Labour party's ambitions for the year based on the three themes of "security, prosperity and respect."

Sir Keir Starmer will seek to capitalise on Labour's recent bounce in the opinion polls in a speech held in Birmingham.

But the shadow leader will also stress that Labour still has a lot of work to do to gain voters' confidence.

The speech comes after opinion polls showed a clear lead for his party for the first time since Boris Johnson came to power.
