Stunning double rainbow arches over rural road in Minnesota

A rare double rainbow cut through the grey clouds above a rural road in Minnesota to create a beautiful scene for passing drivers.

The phenomenon was spotted by Carol Bauer on Monday, June 28. She was traveling to her mother’s funeral service through the small city of Graceville.

“This was such beautiful inspirational sight to see on this day,” she said.

“It lasted an unusual amount of time - about 45 minutes. It would fade at times and then appear again.”
