Boots discount codes for December 2025
We’ve got the latest Boots promo codes to help you save on everything from hair straighteners to perfume
When it comes to finding the best and latest beauty, Boots it’s one of the first places I look. As a beauty writer, I’m constantly reviewing the latest trending products, like lip stains and microcurrent tools, which means my days are spent crawling the pages of the big retailers like Boots to find the best deals.
While you crack on with the daily grind, you can rest assured I’m holding down the deals fort and securing you the best beauty discounts as they roll in.
How to save on beauty and more at Boots
Get yourself a Boots advantage card
You can apply for a Boots advantage card online, on the app or by registering in store. When registering for a card online, you can add a virtual card to your phone's wallet or access it easily on the app. Physical cards can also be registered on your online account using the long card number. All you need to sign up is an email address, phone number and UK home address.
Once you are registered, you can begin collecting points straight away. You will get three points for every £1 spent online or in store. These points will then build up in your account for you to use towards future purchases. Every advantage card point is worth 1p, so if you have 1,000 points in your account, that equals £10 to spend in store or online.
You can use your advantage card points to pay for your shopping in store or online. To see your balance, just log in to your account on the Boots app or website, or ask at the till next time you’re in store. You’ll need enough points to cover the full cost of your purchase as part-payments aren’t possible.
Save 10 per cent on Boots’ own brands year-round
Following in the footsteps of Tesco Clubcard Prices, Boots launched Price Advantage back in 2022 – an exclusive 10 per cent off on certain Boots products for loyalty scheme members. These discounts are available both in-store and online.
There are tons of discounts across Boots skincare, haircare and beauty. For example, this Boots marine collagen is currently £33, but with an Advantage Card you can get it for £29.70.
To get the lower price online, you’ll either need to register for an Advantage Card online or link your existing plastic card to an online account. Either way, you’ll need to create a Boots account. Then, if you have a physical card already, log in online and go to ‘Manage my Advantage Card’. Select the grey box that says ‘Link card’ and enter your 19-digit Advantage Card number, CVV and your date of birth.
Extra 10 per cent off with the Boots student discount
As well as using Advantage Prices, students can get an additional 10 per cent off at Boots. Just sign up for an Advantage Card then head into a Boots store with your valid university or college student ID, or a digital Student Beans, Unidays or Totum card.
Once you’ve signed up, your discount will be valid until 31 August the next year. If you’re still a student at that point, you can register again.
Join the Boots Parenting Club to earn even more points
If you’re expecting a baby, or you’ve got a child under five, join the Boots Parenting Club to get boosted points, freebies and exclusive offers. You’ll need an Advantage Card to join.
By signing up and downloading the Boots app, you’ll be able to collect a free Aveeno bubble bath or hair and body wash in-store. Plus, you’ll be able to collect eight points for every one point you spend, more than double what other Advantage Card holders can earn.
The scheme also promises free gifts at key stages of your child’s development and app-exclusive savings.
Extra discounts for over-60s
Similar to the Boots Parenting Club, over-60s can earn eight points for every £1 spent and get access to exclusive offers. You’ll also unlock a 10 per cent discount when you book an appointment at Boots Opticians and collect 300 points when you have a free hearing check at Boots Hearingcare.
You’ll need an Advantage Card to join – after that you can sign up to over-60s rewards.
Look out for Boots £10 Tuesday
Boots £10 Tuesday is a weekly sale where the retailer will reduce selected health, beauty and skincare items to £10. We recently saw reductions across brands like No7, Benefit, Clinique and Soap & Glory.
If you spot something you want to buy from Boots, it may be worth waiting until a Tuesday to check if it’s included in the sale – though bear in mind that it’s sometimes moved to a Wednesday if that Monday is a Bank Holiday.
Get a £5 voucher using the Boots recycling scheme
Boots’ recycling scheme allows you to dispose of hard-to-recycle items, such as mascara wands, foundation bottles and contact lens packets, and earn 500 points on your Advantage Card (worth £5). It doesn’t matter whether you bought the item originally in Boots or not.
Download the separate recycle at Boots app, scan the barcodes from your empty products and find a Boots store that offers recycling. Then, take your items in and scan the QR code at the recycling point to confirm your deposit. Keep in mind that you’ll have to spend £10 to claim your £5 benefit.
Collect 450 points with the Boots advent calendar

Rated five stars by Daisy Lester, our senior shopping writer, the Boots advent calendar is one of the more affordable amongst this year’s 2025 beauty calendars. Priced at £150, with more than £600 worth of goodies, you can enjoy 16 full-sized products and nine travel-sized, which are ideal for throwing in your handbag or trying before you buy. Some of the full-sized beauty buys include the NARS light reflecting hydrating primer (worth £30) and Estee Lauder’s advanced night cleansing gelée (worth £29).
Whilst there are currently no direct discounts on the calendar, you can earn 450 advantage points (worth £4.50) to use towards future purchases when you buy it.
Why you can trust us to find the best deals and discount codes

Having worked many a sales event, including Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday and the Boots sale, our beauty writer, Lucy Smith, is well-versed in scanning for the best deals and discounts. She covers beauty day in, day out, spanning everything from the best women’s perfumes to SPF moisturisers.
When it comes to Boots, she’s across the brand’s bundles – like its Korean skincare box – and, come Christmas time, can’t get enough of its best-selling star gifts. Whether she’s tested the products herself, referenced a team member’s review or knows a brand inside and out after five years in the industry, you can trust her choices to leave your skin, hair and body looking (or smelling) its very best.
