If you shop at Go Outdoors regularly, it may be worth getting a £5 annual membership to receive exclusive savings of up to 50 per cent. Go Outdoors promises that “members always save”, with discounted prices (compared with non-members) and a price-match promise.

The prices for members are displayed alongside the regular retail prices, so you can browse Go Outdoor’s website to see what discounts are on offer before deciding whether to sign up for a membership. If you’re able to make a saving of more than £5 (the cost of the membership fee), it’s worth signing up.

Go Outdoors offers UK students an exclusive 10 per cent discount when shopping online. Verify your status through Unidays or Student Beans and you’ll receive a unique promo code to use at checkout, making it easier to save on essential outdoor gear such as waterproof jackets, hiking boots, sleeping bags and camping equipment.

This discount applies only to full-price items and excludes sale or clearance products, multibuys, selected premium brands, and gift cards.

Scout Association members, including youth members and adult volunteers, get discounts at Go Outdoors. Youth members – such as Cubs, Scouts and Explorers – are eligible for 10 per cent off, whereas adult Scout volunteers and leaders receive a 15 per cent discount . This excludes clearance, multi-buy items, gift cards, gas hire, and specific brands or reduced items.
