  • Police in Bonaire, a Dutch Caribbean island, are trying to locate a 47-year-old American woman who didn’t return to her Carnival Cruise ship after it docked there last week.
  • Carnival Cruise Line said that Jessica Collins disembarked the Carnival Horizon with all her belongings, leaving a cash gratuity and a thank you note for her stateroom attendant.
  • Collins later contacted a Carnival Care Team member, saying that she was safe and did not wish to be found or contacted again.
  • Surveillance images show Collins leaving the ship wearing a large grey backpack, a Hawaiian button-down shirt, and jean shorts.
