YOUR cinema reviewer admiringly quotes the "Have you lived here all your life?", "Not yet" gag from the film Funny Bones ("Illumination in Blackpool", Real Life, 1 October).

The same joke appears in a poem by Carl Sandburg, but as he's been dead for 30 years, I guess he can't get royalties.
