Sir: I applaud the Brussels decision to restrict the power of motorbikes. I confidently expect that this environmental and public safety initiative will be extended to apply to the Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches and Jaguars so prevalent in Brussels. If this does not happen we will have to assume that the men in suits (Savile Row) have something against the men in suits (leather).
