Letter: Fall-out from Hiroshima

Sir: Between 13 and 27 December, 1937, at Nanking in China, over 200,000 civilians were murdered by the Japanese army. This was twice as many as the Japanese who later died at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. An estimated 20,000 women were first raped and then murdered.

Why do we never see any well-educated persons erecting expensive notices inscribed "No more Nankings"?
