Sir: The leader who licensed Zionist settlements in the occupied territories, contrary to international law, was Menachem Begin. He thus created the greatest single obstacle to peace, and yet he shared the Nobel Peace Prize. Now that the mischief is so great that no one can ignore it, should not the Nobel Committee posthumously withdraw the prize?
Yours faithfully,
