THE ARTICLE by Mary Braid on American evangelist Morris Cerullo's faith-healing session ('Jesus saves, and Cerullo collects', 28 June) described how one of his associates, a 'biblical economist' asserted that the more cash one handed over, the more certain one could be of obtaining a rapid cure. Wasn't that the principle which Margaret Thatcher wished to see underpinning the National Health Service.
