Frank Warren and his Sports Network organisation have served a writ upon the former World Organisation super-middleweight champion, Chris Eubank, regarding a VAT payment for his fight against Steve Collins in Cork last September. Warren claims Eubank owes the sum of pounds 162,840 which Eubank does not dispute, but he has a counter-claim against Sports Network Limited.
