THE international federation yesterday refused to approve new dates for the Indira Gandhi Gold Cup tournament which has been postponed three times. The Indian federation wanted to stage the event from 17 to 22 April, but the game's ruling body said it was not yet 'convinced that the conditions in India had become conducive' to hosting the five-nation men's tournament.
