LUTON TOWN directors yesterday issued an ultimatum to the consortium bidding to take over the club to complete negotiations in one week or forget about any deal. The consortium, headed by the former Fulham player, John Mitchell, has been negotiating for a month to buy a majority shareholding from David Kohler, the chairman, for pounds 800,000.
