NOTTS COUNTY'S attempt to sign the West Ham defender, Colin Foster, for pounds 150,000 has been put on hold because of the player's pay demands.

THE 19-year-old Wrexham midfielder, Jonathan Cross, was yesterday ruled out for the rest of the season after being badly concussed at Blackpool almost a fortnight ago following a clash of heads with his team-mate Mel Pejic.
