Polly Phillipps will endeavour to ignore the bitter recriminations over the handling of her disqualification from the World Equestrian Games when she rides Coral Cove at the Bramham Horse and Hound International Three- Day Event this weekend. The board of the British Horse Trials Association meets at Bramham tomorrow and the result of their inquiry into Coral Cove's positive dope test is expected over the weekend. Phillipps has been excluded from the short-list for the European Championships announced yesterday.
