Zola Budd-Pieterse has confirmed that she will compete against Liz McColgan and Yvonne Murray in the Bupa 5km road race in Aberdeen on 22 May. The 27-year-old South African, who was granted a British passport to compete in the 1984 Olympics, still holds the British mile, 3,000m and 5,000m track records. She finished seventh in the World Cross-Country Championships last month.
