THE International Olympic Committee (IOC) is set to introduce blood tests for the first time to help counter drug abuse. Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, this week, the IOC is likely to adopt a testing technique pioneered since 1991 by the International Ski Federation for next year's Winter Games in Lillehammer.
