Swinton, battling for survival because of crippling debts, will announce next week whether or not they will be calling in the administrator to run their affairs. 'An independent firm of accountants will conclude their report today and we will make a decision at Tuesday's board meeting,' the Swinton chairman, Malcolm White, said.
