The Newmarket trainer Ian Campbell and the jockey Michael Tebbutt are to appear before the Jockey Club's Disciplinary Committee to explain the running and riding of Qualitair Rhythm at Southwell last month. The stewards decided to refer the case to the disciplinary panel yesterday after considering the horse's performance in a handicap on 20 June when he was tenderly handled to finish ninth.
