Hodgson's Donington pole

Neil Hodgson will start from the first pole position of his World Superbike Championship career for today's third round of the series at Donington Park. The British Ducati rider lapped the Leicestershire circuit in one min 33.748 sec. Aaron Slight, on the Castrol Honda, was within a tenth of a second of Hodgson and Blackburn's double champion Carl Fogarty all but matched the Kiwi's pace.
