Ismael Kirui , the double world 5,000 metres champion has agreed to compete over the same distance in the BUPA International Road Races in Portsmouth on 13 April. The 21-year-old Kenyan was the youngest ever world gold medallist at Stuttgart in 1993, when he was 18.
