Leon Pryce and Stuart Reardon will learn their fate today when the two Great Britain internationals are sentenced after admitting assault.
Pryce, St Helens' current Test stand-off, and Reardon, recently signed by Hull, were warned by a judge in Bradford last month that they were facing prison sentences. Reardon had pleaded guilty to assaulting his estranged wife and Pryce to assaulting a man at the same address.
Although Reardon has been injured throughout the court case, Pryce has continued to play – and play outstandingly well – with the threat of jail hanging over him.
