Papua New Guinea hooker Paul Aiton has left Wakefield to join Yorkshire rivals Leeds on a three-year contract.

Aiton joined Wakefield from Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks prior to the start of last season and has been one of their outstanding players ever since, winning their Player of the Year award for this year's Super League campaign.
