Swansea midfielder Scott Sinclair set for £5m move to Manchester City

Scott Sinclair could soon be on his way to Manchester City, following reports that the Premier League champions have made a £5m bid for the 23-year-old goalscorer.
The former Chelsea trainee has told Swansea he will not sign a new contract and the Swans' first-team coach, Alan Curtis, says Sinclair will move to the Etihad before the 31 August transfer deadline.
"He's not really interested in signing a new contract and I think Man City have made a bid," Curtis said. "It's just a matter of time before it happens. It's good for both parties."
Sinclair scored eight goals in the Premier League last season and 19 the campaign before when Swansea went up from the Championship via the play-offs.
Sinclair came off the bench to score in Swansea's 5-0 opening win at QPR. "He's been terrific for us, to be fair. We've had two seasons out of him and he was superb in the Championship and virtually his goals got us promotion," Curtis added.
