Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of QPR defender Clint Hill on loan as cover for the injured Chris Cohen, whose worst fears have been realised with scan results confirming a ruptured cruciate ligament sustained in Saturday's defeat to Derby.

Hill, 32, has been drafted in on a 93-day emergency loan.
