Mesut Ozil given the title of 'most creative player in Europe' by Andrea Pirlo
High praise for the Arsenal playmaker

Mesut Ozil has been described as the "most creative player in Europe right now" by the man many would argue held that title during his time on the continent - Andrea Pirlo.
The Italian midfielder has been hugely impressed by the Arsenal player this season and Ozil's stats this term make it clear why.
The World Cup winner has 16 assists to his name, putting him on course to break the Premier League record of 20 held by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry since the 2002/03 campaign.
"Ozil is the most creative player in Europe right now," Pirlo told Shortlist magazine. "He creates an unbelievable amount of chances for attackers playing ahead of him.
"He has vision like nobody else in Europe."

Pirlo was consistently among the best midfield players operating in Europe during his time at AC Milan and then Juventus, noted for his exemplary passing ability. The World Cup winning Italian now plays for New York City FC.
