Fifa has begun an investigation after heavy betting was discovered following the award of seven penalties in an international friendly double-header last Wednesday. The games at the Turkish resort of Antalya saw Bulgaria and Estonia draw 2-2 hours after Latvia beat Bolivia 2-1, with all seven goals coming from the spot.
