Leyton Orient will mount a legal challenge over the future of the Olympic Stadium – and attempt to have a decision to hand West Ham preferred-bidder status struck out.
The clubs were among four parties bidding for a tenancy. Orient chairman Barry Hearn said: "We believe the rules of the bidding process set out by the London Legacy Development Corporation have not been followed."
