Explosive Fifa dossier to be released

A Swiss court has rejected an appeal against the publication of a document that names senior Fifa officials who took bribes from ISL, a collapsed marketing agency.

Sepp Blatter, Fifa's president, promised to release the Swiss court document detailing a 2010 settlement over the collapse of ISL earlier this month but a legal challenge forced a delay. The court has now decided the 41-page document can be made public, although the ruling is set aside for 30 days for appeal. The document is believed to implicate former Fifa president Joao Havelange and Ricardo Teixeira, the man in charge of the 2014 World Cup. Both men deny any wrongdoing.
