The Uefa president, Michel Platini, has called hotel owners in Ukraine "bandits and crooks", following accommodation price increases for Euro 2012.
Hotels in Ukraine's four host cities – Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Lviv – have raised prices for the tournament by up to 10 times the going rate.
"You cannot raise prices from €40s (£33) to €100 to €500," said Platini.
