Dimitar Penev, the Bulgaria coach, broke the law during his team's match against Nigeria in Dallas - he had a cigarette. In fact, Penev smoked more than one as his team were beaten 3-0. The Cotton Bowl stadium is a no-smoking area under a Dallas city ordinance, with a maximum dollars 200 fine if an offender refuses to stop.
