The shake-up at Ebbw Vale continued yesterday with the signing of Carl Thomas, the former Oakdale skipper, and Mark Wichell and Noel Chard, the Oakdale forwards. They follow Robert and Gareth Johnston, the former Oakdale coaches, to the Welsh club.
