As if Australia weren't feeling bad enough, they're even being trolled by the local police force at Trent Bridge.

Michael Clarke's side collapsed on the first morning of the Fourth Ashes Test in Nottingham, reaching a woeful 60 runs all out.

Stuart Broad took a stunning eight wickets for just 15 runs, with Chris Wood and Steve Finn collecting the others after Alastair Cook won the toss and put the tourists in to bat.

Amid the chaos at Trent Bridge, one cheeky cricket fan messaged Nottinghamshire Police.

It read: "@nottspolice Can you get some officers down to @TrentBridge The Australian cricket team are taking a hammering"

Incredibly, Nottinghamshire Police got back...

Crimestoppers also got in on the act.

England lead the series 2-1, meaning victory at Trent Bridge will see them reclaim the Ashes.
