Kepler Wessels is to continue as South Africa's captain and will lead his country in Pakistan next month. The announcement yesterday ended speculation about a leadership change due to Wessels's knee injury. Omitted from the squad who toured England are the injured Allan Donald, Peter Kirsten, Pat Symcox and Gerhardus Liebenberg. The new additions are Derek Crookes, Clive Eksteen, Adrian Kuiper, Eric Simons and Meyrick Pringle.
