Joe Nedney kicked three field goals and Dan Marino threw a touchdown pass to O J McDuffie as the Miami Dolphins prevented the Buffalo Bills from clinching a play-off berth on Monday evening. Buffalo's defeat gave the AFC East title to the New England Patriots. The Bills can secure a wild-card spot with a home win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, but will be eliminated if they lose and Jacksonville win.
