JOHANNESBURG (Reuter) - One of apartheid's more controversial figures has been appointed South African ambassador to Austria, and the African National Congress says it is a disgrace. Dr Jannie Roux, a psychologist who once conducted a middle- of-the-night interrogation of Nelson Mandela during his imprisonment leaves for Vienna in December.
