KUWAIT - Between 500 and 600 Iraqi civilians entered Kuwait yesterday and held a protest against a UN-demarcated boundary, UN military observers said. The protest by the Iraqis ended after about 90 minutes, and there were no big clashes. The incident was the second cross-border protest by Iraqis in a week. Reuter
