ALMA-ATA - An explosion in a block of flats in a town near Kazakhstan's cosmodrome killed five people, seriously injured four and buried 27 beneath rubble. The blast destroyed part of a five-storey apartment block and started a fire. A natural gas leak is thought responsible. Reuter
