Freetown rebels `breaking accord'

SIERRA LEONE'S deputy defence minister accused rebels yesterday of attacking forces loyal to President Ahmad Tejan Kabbah despite the 7 July peace deal. He urged their leaders to ensure the accord was respected. The rebels denied their forces were involved in any attacks.
