KIEV (Reuter) - Ukrainian nationalists have accused President Leonid Kravchuk of selling out to Russia with a deal putting the Black Sea fleet under joint command for three years. The agreement called for the fleet's more than 300 vessels and land bases to come under joint command until 1995, by which time the two presidents hope that ways of dividing it can be worked out.
