Part of the frame of the stolen Norwegian masterpiece 'The Scream' has been found in what the National Gallery thinks could be a cryptic sign the thieves want talks on returning the work, Reuter reports from Oslo.
But the find of the 37in piece of gilt-covered wood marked with a serial number at a disused bus stop outside Oslo stirred fears that the 1893 painting by Edvard Munch, stolen in February, may have been damaged.
