VIENNA (AFP) - Several hundred former Soviet tanks that should be destroyed under a 1990 disarmament treaty have gone missing, a West European diplomat said. 'We do not want to make a big deal out of this because we understand the chaos' in the former Soviet Union, 'but we are insisting that the collective reduction obligations be carried out.'
