MOSCOW (Reuter) - Russian experts yesterday disclosed a new plan to prevent a potentially disastrous leak of radiation from the sunken atomic submarine Komsomolets, off Norway. Experts want to seal off the torpedoes and reactor by covering them in a special foam which would absorb any leak of radiation. The vessel sank in April 1989.
