Parents in an eastern Belgium hamlet have threatened to boycott a primary school after an HIV-positive child was enrolled, officials said yesterday, Reuter reports from Brussels. The mayor of Bilstain, Serge Sevrin, said: 'We cannot turn this child into a recluse. We have a moral and official obligation not to refuse the child.'
