Colombian treaty

Some 430 Marxist guerrillas handed in their weapons and signed a peace treaty with the Colombian government, ending more than two decades of armed struggle and inspiring fresh hopes of a negotiated end to the rebel war, Reuter reports from Flor del Monte.
