RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) - A campaign to impeach the Brazilian President, Fernando Collor de Mello, is gathering strength with revelations that he was aware of an extortion and kickback network.
An inquiry into the corruption was to be capped today with the release in Congress of a report which investigators say incriminates Mr Collor.
