Blantyre - The murder trial of Malawi's ousted dictator Hastings Kamuzu Banda opened yesterday but was immediately adjourned so that a government physician could determine if he was strong enough to come to court. Mr Banda, who is in his 90s, has been under house arrest since January waiting to face charges that he had four political associates killed in 1983. AP
