Munich - A court upheld an order barring the British historian David Irving from entering Germany because of his views on the Holocaust. Mr Irving had appealed against the 1993 decision, imposed after Munich neo- Nazis invited him to appear at an event to mark the 55th anniversary of the Nazis' Kristallnacht pogroms against the Jews.
